adding clone job in the 'job setup' in STAAD Foundation

1. we conventionally add a new job and assign all the parameters from scratch while trying to replicate a similar footing desing within the same STAAD.Foundation file. however adding a cop/replicate/clone job might save time avoid the chance of missing / entering the wrong parameters for the same job.

2. also if we can list out all the jobs from the main navigator (rather than selection from the 'current job' pull down menu from the top, can help navigate / cross-verify among the other jobs within the software
