Pile supported "ring wall foundation design" features should be available in SFA.

For designing of "ring wall foundation" in SFA, as of now, only "Ground supported ring wall foundation design" available in SFA. But "Pile supported ring wall foundation design " isn't available. So it is necessary to implement the same in SFA.
