Default material choosing (footing, column, beam, slab) one time in RCDC
Dear bentley software
please make one time to choose default materials (concrete reinforcement) for design footing, column ,beam, slab in RCDC, because it waste too time when you select materials and you back to staad change something then you choose material or setting again, it can easier if one time you choose setting and save for all other project and use this default setting, thanks

Thank you for your suggestions.
Presently RCDC performs the design of column, beam, footing, pile-cap, and slab separately. thus, if the user wants to design these elements, the user has to provide inputs separately. However, if you have already provided all inputs for one file, the same file settings can be used in the future.
if you have a standard set of load cases and load combinations, you can save the file as .ldsx which can be used in the future.
if you have already created the RCDC file with the analysis file and now the analysis file is revised then there is no need to create a new RCDC file. Users can use the Update design function.
Users can use the old RCDC file and import the new analysis file keeping the old design settings the same and check the adequacy of the old design with new analysis changes.
