RCDC - Beam Design - Long term deflection check should be available
For the structures like Metro railway station and Industrial buildings, Clients are demanding to perform the long-term deflection check of the beam. RCDC should allow to perform the long-term deflection check for the beams selected by the user. Generally, this check is performed where the loads are heavy and beam having longer spans.
yes previously we have 14 m span rcc beam , in which we have to check long term deflection so we made excels to perform this analysis but not sure it is true value or approximate value if thi9s can be done in rcdc or in staad it will be great help.
