Lift Permissible Effective length Factor is 5 in RCDC

Currently in Column Design, RCDC has a limit on the maximum value of the effective length factor and users cannot modify this limit value 5.
I want RCDC to lift the restriction on this factor. In my case as per attached staad, Column effective length factor is coming 23.6 so I want RCDC to modify this limit in updated version.
