Beam - Biaxial - Reinforcement Modified through quick detail no reflected in report

following issues are identified,

1. program goes on non-responding mode using Quick detail tool.

2. reinforcement changed using copy paste reinforcement tool is not reflected in the design calculation report.

client file is of older version (11.03.01.10) but issue exists in 23.00.04.12 release too.refer RCDC file: Beam design.rcdx
