SFA 2025. Failed postanalysis doesn't show why its failing

I have several spread footing analysis, and some indicate fail/pass as failed in red color, but bearing capacity is OK, now, I can see that safety factor is not OK by hovering the cursos over the footing, but that is all, I don't know the cause or how to fixed it. I have to try changing the depth, the size in X the size in Y, the thickness, because there is no message, tooltip or something indicating what is the cause of failure.
